Miller Mobile Events Truck Rental –

Truck rental will be charged per the number of hours designated by the client. Set up and tear down is provided at no additional charge. MME staff will need access to the event area to properly set up an hour and a half to two hours ahead of start time. Additionally, we will need a half hour to take down after the event. If your event runs longer than the reserved time, an additional late fee will be applied. No refunds for early tear down or event cancellation due to weather. Multiple day events will have an additional overnight charge. Destinations within 50 miles of Liberty, MO are included at no additional charge. Additional miles will have a per mile fee applied. Branding Design –

Custom branding designs will be billed at 15 minute increments. You will not be charged a full hour for design work that will only take 15 minutes.

All banner and signage prices are subject to change due to availability. Certain sign options require advance notice and payment to send to printing. Contact us promptly after booking the truck to ensure plenty of advance planning for your sign needs. Prices and lead times will be included in the estimate when we discuss the custom sign requirements for your event. No refunds will be offered after print signs are ordered, and prints become your property after the event.
